In 1980, Mr. Eugene T.C. Wu founded The authorized capital is NT$ 5,000,000.and the issued capital is NT$ 1,000,000. 

In 1982: In order to expand the market of southern Taiwan, Kaohsiung office was established.

In 1983, Company renamed the name to "Taiwan SHIN KONG SECURITY CO., LTD."  and launched the cash and valuables convoy service. The operating procedure of the control center was aucomatiqed.  For increasing northern security market, Tao Yuan Office was established. 

In 1984, Taichung and Hsinchu offices were established to expand the  market of middle and nothern Taiwan .

In 1986, Tainan office was established to expand the market of southern Taiwan. 

In 1988, YiLan and ChiaYi offices were established. The board of directors elected Mr. Chi-kuang Huang to be the chairman and Mr. Eugene T.C. Wu to be the director. Hualien office was established to expand the market of eastern Taiwan. 

In 1992, Taidon office was established. 

In we 1993, constructed the new building for the headquarter office. The companys stocks applied for IPO was approved, and the issued capital was increased to 4 Million.

In 1994, The Taipei county office was established.

In 1995, the subsidiary of Yi-Kong Security Co. was established to focus on the encamp security guard service. In the same year, ou stocks were listed on the stock market of Taiwan.

In 1996, the construction of headquarter office was completed. Also ,we founded Lieu-An service Co. in alliance with banking institutions to promote the ATM security service.

In 1997, we invested and founded the Simple Telecommunication Co.. The building of head office was award a gold prize for construction.  Honored with the gold prize of satisfaction of customer service.

In 1998, Joint control center for northern Taiwan was established and the Taipei county office acquired the certification of ISO-9002.

In 1999, we passed the Y2K test by SEC, and was assessed to be a low risk company.  In the same year, we encountered 921 earthquake disaster, we also sent security guard to Nanto disaster area for relief of customers. 

In 2000, jointed  venture with local excellent enterprises to found the "Commerce One Co.", and developed the domestic B2B transaction model. SKS  and Easy Data cooperated to develop the project of “Security Industry Wireless Information Transmission System” subsidized by Ministry of Economic Affairs. And also, this technics were certified by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. SKS and the leader electronic companys founded the "Storagebank Inc." to provide the "storage service modle of data transmission. Founded with The Hsiang Shan group and Singapore The Horizom group to establish the e-learning internet teaching platform, which may provide the group distance learning and video conference in the future.

In 2001, General manager Mr. Lin Po Fong and Japan Nitton CEO Koju Sasaki, signed a declaration together and cooperated to expand the fire-fight industry market.  Attend the largest security technology exhibition of Asia security technology exhibition.  Through making a contract of land, we plan to move the head office to NaiHu area. Launch the IBM/ Lotus iNotes WEB Access e-commerce service platform.  Perform the Oracle ERP system.  We also get the contract of security protection from the lottery dealer.
