
Introduction Established in January 2004 by Founder Mr. Wu Tung-Ching, the Foundation was formally named SKS Arts and Culture Foundation. With the core purpose of "enhancing the quality of cultural life and fostering a sound environment for artistic development," the Foundation strives to provide the people of Taiwan with an environment rooted in truth, goodness, and beauty.
The Foundation's mission is centered on the promotion and development of culture and arts, specifically: Engaging in culture and arts affairs. Promoting arts and cultural education. Fostering international cultural exchange. Advocating for cultural heritage and cultivating talent. Organizing activities that are educational, provide wholesome recreation, and promote artistic entertainment.
Our primary goals are to uphold the vision of "Enhancing the Quality of Cultural Life and Fostering a Sound Environment for Artistic Development." We are committed to supporting the development of both local and international arts and culture, integrating social resources to fulfill the corporate mission of giving back to society. Our efforts aim to contribute significantly to the enhancement of Taiwan's artistic creativity and the expansion of its international visibility.
2008: Received the 9th Corporate Cultural Award (Wenhsin Award). 2010: Received the 10th Corporate Cultural Award (Wenhsin Award).

The Board of Directors is composed of seven Directors. The Directors of the first term were appointed by the original Donor. Directors of the second term and thereafter shall be elected and appointed by the preceding Board of Directors (All Directors shall serve in an unpaid capacity).
The Directors shall elect one from among themselves to serve as the Chairperson of the Board. The Chairperson shall supervise all Foundation affairs and represent the Foundation externally.
The Foundation shall establish the position of one Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who shall execute all Foundation affairs under the direction of the Board of Directors and the Chairperson.
Responsible for the management of the Foundation's financial allocation (or financial deployment) and all accounting-related matters.
Responsible for the execution of the Foundation's work plan and all general administrative (or organizational) affairs.
