About the Foundation

Introduction

Established in December 2011, with the mission of "promoting social welfare and helping the disadvantaged," its main service participants are "the elderly, women, and children." It combines its expertise in its core security business to provide assistance such as "safety protection and peace of mind care" to disadvantaged groups.

Mission

Promote social welfare and follow plans to give back to society and help the disadvantaged, continuing to embrace the responsibility of safeguarding the community with the aim of striving to create a harmonious and happy life of peace of mind.

Objective

With the aim of "promoting social welfare and helping the disadvantaged," and adhering to the spirit of being people-oriented, deeply caring for every corner of Taiwan, the SKS Social Welfare Foundation integrates social resources to fulfill the mission of corporate giving back to society. It takes on the responsibility of safeguarding the community, striving to create a harmonious and happy life of peace of mind.

Organizational Framework

Board of Director

The Board of Directors is composed of seven directors. The first term directors are appointed by the original donors, while the directors for subsequent terms are appointed by the previous Board of Directors (all directors serve without compensation).

Chairperson

The directors shall elect one among themselves as the Chairperson, who shall oversee the affairs of the association and represent it externally.

CEO

The association appoints one CEO who shall handle all affairs under the instructions of the Board of Directors and the Chairperson.
